Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These Terms apply to your use of Glow You's website, app, bookings, studio and services. By creating an account, making a booking or payment, accessing the studio, using a service or accepting these Terms electronically, you agree to them.

"Glow You", "we", "us" and "our" means Glow You Wellness Pty Ltd ABN 97 699 574 699, trading as Glow You Wellness, of 8 Central Avenue, Graceville QLD 4075. "You" means the customer using our services.

2. Our Services

Glow You offers self-service wellness and cosmetic services, which may include automated spray tanning, full-body red light therapy and WellFit skin treatments. Service descriptions, inclusions and prices shown at the time of booking form part of your booking.
Glow You's services are not medical services, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent illness or disease. Results and individual responses vary. We provide general treatment, safety and aftercare information so you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.

3. Accounts, app and studio access

You will provide accurate, current account and booking information, keep your app login secure and tell us promptly if your details change. Access to the studio is for the booked customer and only at the relevant booking time. We may use app-based access controls and record access events for safety and security.
For privacy and safety, only the booked guest may enter a treatment room. A companion may wait in the foyer or common area but is not permitted to enter a treatment room. Children must be supervised by another adult at all times and must not be left alone in the foyer or common area.

4. Eligibility and safety

You must be at least 15 years old to book and use a service. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent on your behalf before your first service. By making a booking, you confirm that this requirement has been met. You must not use a service if you are unwell, affected by alcohol or drugs, unable to follow instructions, or if it would be unsafe for you to do so.

Before using red light therapy, spray tanning or WellFit skin treatments, you must complete and accept the relevant waiver or suitability declaration. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is suitable for you, including considering your health, medication, skin condition, pregnancy status and any sensitivity to light or treatment products. If you are unsure, seek advice from a qualified health professional before proceeding.

5. Bookings, payment and pricing

A booking is subject to availability and is confirmed when shown as confirmed in our booking system. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and may change from time to time. A price change will not affect a booking already paid for, except where permitted by law or where we have clearly notified you otherwise.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, including Ezypay. If you choose a direct debit, recurring payment or membership option, you must also accept the provider's applicable authority and terms. Those terms operate in addition to these Terms.

6. Packs, memberships and recurring plans

Five-session packs expire six months after purchase and 10-session packs expire 12 months after purchase. Packs are personal to the purchasing customer and cannot be transferred. Packs and memberships are generally non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
If a significant change in your circumstances means you can no longer use a pack or continue a membership, please contact us as soon as practicable. We may consider reasonable options on a case-by-case basis.
Memberships have a minimum commitment of three months. If you request to cancel during that initial commitment, membership fees remain payable on their usual billing dates until the end of the third monthly billing cycle. After the initial commitment, you may pause or cancel by giving at least 14 days' notice. The pause or cancellation takes effect at the end of the 14-day notice period or the current billing cycle, whichever is later. Membership inclusions apply to the relevant billing period and do not roll over into later billing periods.
Glow You absorbs credit-card processing costs. We do not charge a customer failed-payment fee, re-debit dishonour fee, settlement fee, merchant trust fee or chargeback fee. This does not prevent us from recovering an amount properly owing for services that have been supplied, subject to law and the applicable payment authority.

7. Changes, cancellations and no-shows

There is no fee to reschedule or cancel a booking. As sessions are prepaid through the app to secure your appointment, please make any change before your booking so that your credit remains available. Casual session credits are valid for three months from purchase. If you miss a casual booking without cancelling or rescheduling beforehand, the credit will remain available for seven days from the missed appointment, after which it expires. If you miss a booking using a pack credit, the credit remains available until the pack expires. Membership inclusions remain available only during the relevant billing period and do not roll over.

If there is a pattern of missed bookings or late changes, Glow You may limit, cancel or require confirmation of future bookings where reasonably necessary to protect availability for other customers.

8. Your conduct and the studio
Use the studio, equipment and products only as instructed.
Do not alter, damage, misuse or attempt to repair equipment.
Do not allow another person to use your booking, access credentials or treatment room.
Leave the treatment area in the condition directed in the room instructions.
Treat other customers, neighbours and our team respectfully.
We may refuse entry, end a session or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, security, suspected misuse, non-payment or a serious breach of these Terms.

9. Consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem rectified within a reasonable time. If this does not happen, you may cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion.
To the extent permitted by law, Glow You is not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to follow instructions, provide accurate account information, use the studio safely or keep your account secure. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy, intellectual property and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy. Website content, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to us and must not be copied or used without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website applies from its stated update date. For an existing membership or recurring plan, we will give any notice required by law or the applicable plan terms.

11. Contact and governing law
Questions or concerns can be sent to admin@glowyou.com.au. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
